We have enjoyed the restaurant business for over 30 years in California, Hawaii and Utah. For the past 23 years we have resided in Park City. Opened in 1983, we have dined and entertained locals and guests for 23 years.

Baja Cantina is an affordable family Mexican restaurant serving lunch and dinner daily and our Cantina features Park City's happening Apres' Ski appetizers and your favorite libation. We have an outstanding selection of fresh menu items prepared by our talented Chef Paul Dinga. Enjoy one of our many Tequila's, make a choice from our Margarita Menu or choose your own favorite libation. We offer a full liquor menu with a large selection of Liquors and Beers. Our caring professional staff will make sure your visit is relaxing and enjoyable. Large Party Reservations~
To make a reservation for a large party please speak to a manager at (435)649-2252 .

Sundance Reservations~
We do not accept general reservations anytime. During Sundance we accept ONLY corporate or film industry party reservations.  Group sizes range from 50-400 people.  We will design your party around your needs, please contact Stephen McComb at (435)649-4440 or Cissy McComb at (435)649-4440.

Parking~
We are located at the plaza at Park City Mountain Ski Resort and have parking available in the parking lot out front or in the underground parking lot at the resort.

Local's Card~
If you have not received your FREE local's card, please ask your server or a manager.  They are immediately available.  Our local's card enables you to receive a 10% discount on all food purchases at Cisero's Ristorante and Nightclub, Bistro412, and Baja Cantina. The card is good all year around. To have one mailed to you, please call (435) 649-4440..

Gift Certificates~
We offer gift certificates in any denomination.  You may purchase gift certificates in person or call (435)649-4440 to purchase gift certificates by phone.

We follow all federal and state laws both in the hiring process and during the term of employment. In order to apply, you must provide certain information and documentation at the time of application. You must be able to prove your US citizenship or provide us with your passport and Visa enabling you to work in the U.S.& be in possession of a social security card. If you do not have one, you may obtain one at the Salt Lake City Social Security Office located at 200 West and 400 South. Without the required documentation, you will not be hired.

Although we encourage you to apply for the job you desire, we cannot guarantee that you will not have to start your employment in a different position and "work your way up the ladder" in certain circumstances. We will do our best to meet your needs. Hours and number of shifts per week vary with each position so please check with your hiring supervisor at the time of your interview regarding what is expected.

All phone inquiries must be made before 11:00 AM or between 3:00 and 4:00 PM. Between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM you may also complete an application at the accounting office located at Cisero's Ristorante, 306 Main Street, 3rd floor. We always prefer that you come visit us in person to inquire about employment, we may be able to put you to work right away!

We also own Ciseros Ristorante and Nightclub located at 306 Main Street and Bistro 412 located at 412 Main Street. We share applications with our Managers of all restaurants.
